As the first manager of our Business Development team, you’ll spearhead our efforts to source new clients, build out our lead generation strategy, and drive marketing.
- Your ultimate responsibility will be to drive the overall volume of lead generation of the company.
- As the Business Development team manager, you’ll apply your background to help structure our lead generation process and business development team itself, including advising and mentoring more junior SDRs and BDAs (Business Development Associates). Since you’ll be the first manager of the team in a rapidly growing environment, this will be a very high-impact approach.
