The Position

The Strategic Influencer Business Development Manager will drive the way we develop and execute influencer marketing (paid and earned strategies) and campaigns for Moomoo US. You will connect with influencers and work with your team to enhance our influencer programs coverage and manage in-depth relationships with influencers to contribute on the grow of paying clients for the company, including work on events/campaigns and other initiatives to build partnerships and engage our influencer community.

 

At your core, you’ll thrive in an international and fast-paced environment. You’ll work hand in hand with an ambitious group of content & brand marketers, data analysts, integrated marketers and product innovators to reach our common goal - to help expand our trading/investing system to those who have real trading/investing needs by actively onboarding influencers and applying marketing initiatives.

 

What you do

  • The Strategic Influencer & Partnerships Manger will manage the development and execution of influencer marketing (paid and earned strategies) and campaigns for Moomoo US
  • Proactively identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to bring in new high-quality clients in a scalable and efficient manner.
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach proficiently to engage with organizations and effectively promote our platform.
  • Work effectively with influencers and key partners, demonstrating exceptional communication skills in presenting our value proposition 
  • Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Understand current influencer trends and understand how our product fits into their content creators’ strategies
  • Explore revenue driving opportunities with partners & influencers
  • Actively keep a pulse on emerging influencers and trends through various social media channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook etc.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Financial Services or FinTech business development, influencer management or partnership management; prior experience working with influencers is highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or finance etc. 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficient in problem-solving and results driven
