Job Overview and Responsibilities:

This full-time role presents a considerable opportunity for individuals who are proactive and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. Achieving success in this position demands exceptional organization and self-drive. While a robust support network will be available, you will be expected to manage your responsibilities as if you are operating your own franchise. Your ability to devise a strategy and implement it will play a crucial role in your success.

This position involves building new relationships with builders and homeowners, as well as addressing incoming inquiries generated through our marketing initiatives. Subsequently, you will be tasked with providing quotes to customers and ultimately securing business. Once a project is confirmed, you will conduct a thorough handoff to our Operations team. Initially, you will not have any direct reports.

Compensation: The base salary is dependent on experience, in addition to performance-related commissions. Our successful commission-based sales team members currently earn between $110,000 and $180,000 annually.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should meet one of the following criteria:

1. A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in selling HVAC and/or plumbing installation services to residential and commercial clients.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising HVAC and/or plumbing installations for both residential and commercial clients.

3. At least 5 years of experience selling technical, high-value products, with a demonstrated background in generating price quotes.
