This person represents our brand and workplace culture while also ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of buildings, systems, and equipment. They serve as the primary resource for maintenance and building operations, helping to prevent chronic issues from becoming critical events. This role works closely with the People Operations Manager to support an effective and comfortable workplace.
