Full Job Description
The Office Coordinator at The Call Firm will assist with scheduling a team to the customers location to assess the work that would need to be completed. Responsibilities
Collect and enter accurate information into our field software so our field team can succeed
Create and test processes to increase efficiency regarding scheduling and logistics
Assist with billing and Accounts Receivable, as needed
Maintain accurate records and report on clients’ status, and overall client management
Maintain a team of providers to match with clients, within specified standards
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
Requirements
1+ year of prior experience in general office, administrative or related work
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Social perceptiveness and service oriented
Strong organizational and planning skills
Flexible in day-to-day tasks with critical thinking skills
Proven ability to build excellent relationships with cross-functional business partners and customer service skills
Ability to create and support team morale
Proficient in Bluebeam and CMiC
