This will be a Direct Hire Position.

• Review, match, and process vendor invoices
• Work with external vendors on invoice and payment discrepancies
• Consolidate payments for weekly review with management.
• Generate checks, wires and ACHs.
• Generate reports detailing accounts payables status

• Understand expense accounts and cost centers

• Understand compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc.)
• Assist Assistant Controller in reconciling payables accounts each month
