Administrative Accounting Specialist

Phillips Corporation, a global supplier of manufacturing technology products and services, is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team as an Administrative Accounting Specialist. Phillips Corporation's fastest growing division is looking for an office administrator/accountant at our newest training center in Mooresville NC. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of daily office needs. From accounts payable to preparing training material. This role is vital to help make sure everything at our training facility runs smoothly.

A successful candidate will have at least 3 years AP/AR experience and intermediate Excel skills. Experience working in Dynamics365 or other enterprise accounting system a plus. The ability to multi-task and work independently in an office environment. If you love to provide world class customer service in a fast-paced environment, and have strong computer skills with MS Office, Excel and CRM software, this maybe your ideal position.

Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $60,000.00 and $70,000.00 annually. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
