Phillips Corporation's fastest growing division is looking for an office administrator/accountant at our newest training center in Mooresville NC. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of daily office needs. From accounts payable to preparing training material. This role is vital to help make sure everything at our training facility runs smoothly.
A successful candidate will have at least 3 years AP/AR experience and intermediate Excel skills. Experience working in Dynamics365 or other enterprise accounting system a plus.
