Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to investors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. You are an Executive Assistant to the CEO and manage his internal and external schedule, travel, communications, and administrative tasks. You are a detail-oriented taskmaster who can’t stand to have anything unchecked on your todo list or an email unanswered. Your world is email, calendars, and todo lists. He has a separate Chief of Staff to attend meetings, create presentations and juggle priorities.
