Full Job Description

Our Company:  BCI Brands designs, sources, and markets nationally and internationally an extensive range of women's career, casual sportswear, and dresses. Their products are sold through all primary retail distribution levels principally under various trademarks and under private label brand names, such as Ted Baker, Vince Camuto, CeCe, 1.state and Parker.

This is a hybrid position offering the option of being in-office 3-4 days a week.

Reports to: CEO

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, dinners, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and inquiries.
  • Schedule and organize executive meetings, prepare meeting materials, and take minutes when necessary.
  • Greet incoming clients and visitors at the office; represent the face of the company.
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations, as needed.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Leverage your knowledge of the fashion industry to provide valuable insights and support to the CEO.
  • Demonstrates integrity and the discretion to handle confidential information 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Between 1-10 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Driven and ambitious mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Knowledge of fashion industry trends and key players is a plus.

 

The salary range for this full-time, non-exempt position is between $75-150k (dependent on experience).
