What we’re looking for is a Millwright Mechanic that is looking to be placed primarily in the field.  It is a combination job, approximately 25% of the time will be in the shop, 75% in the field, depending on the demand in the field.  The person would be expected to be put on a rotating call out schedule for nights and weekends.  One week of primary on-call, one week of backup on-call, followed by one week off the callout schedule.  Any unscheduled callout received is incentivized with an additional hour of pay per callout and Sundays we pay double the time for any call out or scheduled work.
