Janitor

DATAMARK, Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a leading provider of business process outsourcing solutions, DATAMARK helps organizations worldwide manage their operations more efficiently and effectively. The Janitor will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities.

In this role, the Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing designated areas, such as offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. They will perform routine maintenance tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. The Janitor will also ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and that all safety and sanitation protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize designated areas, including offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
• Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and readily available
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with setting up and cleaning up after company events or meetings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior janitorial or custodial experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
• Ability to work independently and strong attention to detail
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects, if required
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Effective communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
