Trinity Real Estate Investment Services is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Pipeline Representative. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the sales pipeline, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients and agents. You will be responsible for prospecting new leads, qualifying and nurturing leads, and tracking the progress of deals throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads for the sales team
- Qualify leads and conduct preliminary screenings
- Nurture and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM software
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status and performance metrics
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance pipeline efficiency
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
- Familiarity with real estate industry and investment sales is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred
