Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Plano, TX. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions and programs, including employee engagement, employee development, and performance management, and more. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of their employees.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with managers to set performance expectations and goals.
• Implement a continuous feedback mechanism, encouraging ongoing performance discussions rather than relying solely on annual reviews.
• Identify individual and team training needs in collaboration with managers.
• Implement personalized development plans to enhance employee skills.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Ensure consistent application and understanding of HR policies. Develop a robust communication strategy for policy updates, ensuring employees are well-informed.
• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR and make recommendations for improvement
• Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and job satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a high-growth technology company
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience
• Thorough knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
• Strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
