Refund Provisions
A refund will be issued under the following conditions:
1. At least 15 days of service usage have passed, and no interview invitations have been received by the time the user submits their refund request to our support team.
2. The refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the date of the initial subscription purchase.
Refund requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted through the user's personal account on the website (JobHire.AI) or by writing to support@jobhire.ai. The refund request shall be deemed submitted on the date it is received by JobHire.AI's support system.
Upon verification of the claim, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days following the cancellation of the subscription, subject to compliance with these conditions.
The refund is applicable only for the most recent subscription purchase and does not apply to renewals or subsequent subscriptions.
The final decision on eligibility for a refund rests solely with JobHire.AI after internal verification to prevent misuse or fraudulent claims.
Security and Fraud Detection
We continuously monitor for fraudulent activity to protect legitimate transactions and prevent abuse of our refund policy.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the initial subscription.
Processing Time
Upon successful validation of the claim, the refund initiation will be immediate. However, the reflection of the refund in your financial account may vary based on banking procedures and can take up to 10 business days.
