JobHire.AI — Anti-Spam Policy

Customers of JobHire.AI ("Customers") certify that they will use JobHire.AI services only to send lawful, permission-based messages — including, without limitation, commercial emails, text messages, or automated notifications — solely to recipients who have expressly consented (opted in) to receive such messages.
Customers are strictly prohibited from using JobHire.AI to send unsolicited commercial messages ("Spam"), junk mail, or bulk marketing content. JobHire.AI does not buy, sell, rent, or exchange email or phone lists, nor does it allow the use of purchased, appended, or harvested contact data.
Customers acknowledge that any violation of this Policy or of applicable anti-spam and privacy laws may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to JobHire.AI platforms and related services.
2. Consent Requirements and Proof of Opt-In
Customers agree not to send any message via JobHire.AI unless the recipient has actively opted in to receive messages from that Customer in a manner compliant with applicable laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy, CASL, TCPA, LGPD, and CCPA/CPRA).
For every contact, Customers must maintain verifiable proof of consent, including but not limited to:
- Date and time of signup
- IP address or device identifier
- Source page or form used for signup
- Consent text and disclosures displayed at signup
- Method of obtaining agreement (checkbox, double opt-in, etc.)
JobHire.AI reserves the right to request such records at any time to verify compliance. Failure to provide proof of consent may result in delivery suspension or account termination.
3. Prohibited Practices
When using JobHire.AI services, Customers must not:
- Use purchased, rented, traded, or appended contact lists.
- Send to addresses or phone numbers obtained by scraping or automated collection.
- Employ opt-out lists for new campaigns.
- Send messages without a valid unsubscribe or STOP option.
- Use deceptive sender names, spoofed domains, or misleading URLs.
- Send messages to numbers or addresses listed on "Do Not Contact" or reassigned-number lists.
- Attempt to bypass platform abuse-prevention systems or throttling.
JobHire.AI may, at its discretion, block or suppress delivery to known spam traps, "do not contact" databases, or invalid numbers, but the ultimate responsibility for compliance rests with the Customer.
4. Message Content and Unsubscribe Requirements
Each message sent through JobHire.AI must:
- Clearly identify the sender (name or brand).
- Provide accurate contact and reply-to information.
- Include a clear and functioning unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism.
For emails, an unsubscribe link must be automatically appended to every marketing message.
For SMS or messaging channels, each campaign must include opt-out instructions such as
"Reply STOP to opt out. HELP for help."
Removal of unsubscribe functionality or failure to honor opt-out requests constitutes a material violation of this Policy and may result in account termination.
5. List Management and Hygiene
Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate, current, and permission-based contact lists. They must immediately suppress or remove:
- Contacts who have unsubscribed or replied STOP
- Hard bounces or invalid addresses
- Inactive or unengaged recipients beyond a reasonable retention period
JobHire.AI automatically monitors bounce and complaint rates. Campaigns exceeding standard thresholds (e.g., complaint rate > 0.1% or hard bounce rate > 2%) may be paused pending remediation.
6. Monitoring, Review, and Enforcement
JobHire.AI actively monitors outgoing traffic for abuse patterns, spam traps, and excessive complaint activity.
We reserve the right to:
- Review Customer contact lists and campaign samples.
- Request documentation of consent.
- Suspend message delivery pending verification.
- Terminate access in cases of repeated or serious violations.
JobHire.AI cooperates with recognized anti-abuse organizations, carriers, and regulators to prevent network misuse.
7. Recipients: Reporting and Complaint Handling
You should receive commercial messages through JobHire.AI only if you have agreed to receive them from that sender.
If you receive a message you did not authorize or recognize, you may report it as spam:
- Email with full message headers or SMS screenshots.
- Or submit a complaint through our abuse form at
JobHire.AI reviews, investigates, and takes appropriate corrective action on every verified complaint. All opt-out requests are processed promptly and confirmed.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
JobHire.AI processes all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and global privacy regulations.
We do not sell or rent personal data to any third party.
Information related to abuse investigations is shared only with relevant service providers, carriers, or authorities when necessary to enforce compliance or as required by law.
