Manager of Sales Operations

OnLogic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Sales Operations to join our Sales team. This is an onsite role with global reach. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and processes to optimize Global Sales Operations, drive efficiency, and improve overall sales performance. You will work closely with the sales team, as well as cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, engineering and operations, to ensure smooth and effective sales operations.

The Team that you are responsible for is dynamic in their ability to execute across a wide range of skills centered around order entry, order execution, quoting, and customer onboarding. This also includes providing advance support on custom customer projects from pre-sale to prototyping, and the implementation of cross-functional continuous improvements, data reporting, and sales tools.

The Manager of Sales Operations will be responsible for the systems and processes that move a SmartLab from conception to execution. This role will also lead the Sales Operations team in ensuring a scalable, error-free order proposal and pricing. 

Requirements

Duties And Responsibilities 

• Provide support in the creation of customer proposals, product configuration and SmartLab pricing. 
• Maintain the internal product configuration tool used to generate pricing, deliverables and other lab-specific documents. 
• Work with the Sales team to develop a scalable, efficient pricing and proposal process for our customers. 
• Assist with product documentation and customer questions regarding items available for catalog purchases. 
• Support advances in the company’s use of SalesForce and data organization from pre- through post-sale.
