ButterflyMX is currently seeking a Sr. Manager of Sales Operations to join our Sales Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Operations. The Sr. Manager of Sales Operations will own and lead our efforts focused on pipeline generation. This role will play a crucial role in maximizing the quality and quantity of our sales pipeline, ensuring the sales team has the resources and support needed to achieve their targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize the generation of high quality sales pipeline 
  • Build and scale the pipeline generation process to accommodate increasing sales headcount
  • Monitor and analyze pipeline metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and refine lead generation campaigns 
  • Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement in pipeline generation 
  • Generate regular reports on pipeline performance, providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance the pipeline generation process
  • Implement best practices and innovative approaches to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
  • Work closely with sales leadership and other relevant teams to ensure the seamless integration of pipeline generation efforts 
  • Provide ongoing support and training to the sales team on CRM management and pipeline generation best practices
  • Ensure all generated leads meet predefined quality criteria 
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role, with a focus on pipeline generation
  • Prior experience in the technology industry is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience with sales enablement and training programs is a plus
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
