Job Title: Sales Operations Manager
Location: Onsite - San Diego
Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Manage the sales forecasting process, including gathering input from sales team members, analyzing data, and preparing forecasts
- Monitor sales performance and key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop annual sales plans and budgets
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline sales operations
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Provide training and support to sales team members on sales processes, tools, and systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences related field required
- Over 3 years of sales operation experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written presentation skills in English
- Passion for working in the life-science sector
