Full Job Description

OnLogic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Sales Operations to join our Sales team. This is an onsite role with global reach. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and processes to optimize Global Sales Operations, drive efficiency, and improve overall sales performance. You will work closely with the sales team, as well as cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, engineering and operations, to ensure smooth and effective sales operations.

The Team that you are responsible for is dynamic in their ability to execute across a wide range of skills centered around order entry, order execution, quoting, and customer onboarding. This also includes providing advance support on custom customer projects from pre-sale to prototyping, and the implementation of cross-functional continuous improvements, data reporting, and sales tools.

  • Drive daily global capacity planning and execution within the global flex operations model to hit key metrics.
  • Lead continuous improvement within sales operations systems and processes, communicate status and progress via key metrics.
  • Manage and train the team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.
  • Collaborate with peer leaders across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to continue to scale processes and scope towards our future visions. 
  • Execute OnLogic Sales strategy and annual initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and encouraging employees to adapt, acquire new skills, and knowledge.
  • Empower the team to make decisions and take ownership of their work.
  • Enable professional development for your team through open and honest feedback and development plans for employee growth and empowerment.

  • Our Sales team is made up of a range of highly-impactful roles, with opportunities to demonstrate great sales leadership and customer service at every stage of the sales cycle! Our sales roles include:
    • Strategic Account Managers: Focus on winning our largest new opportunities with global technology leaders and year-over-year growth of strategic customer relationships. 
    • Business Development Managers: Focus on acquiring new business with strategic new customers and top line revenue growth.
    • Customer Success: Manage customer relationships with integrators and partners. Provide exceptional customer service.
    • Inbound Sales: Field and qualify global technology innovators who are looking for a true consultative partner to provide solutions.
    • Sales Engineering: Experts in assessing customer needs and providing the best possible solution - every time.
    • Sales Operations: Process driven leaders who optimize our workflows and data driven approach in a rapidly scaling organization.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is detail oriented and flexible, and able to track and prioritize multiple facets of an operation at any given time. You thrive in a fast paced environment and are practiced in holding teams accountable to ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and get an outstanding customer experience.

  • You have a minimum of 7-10 years of Sales or Operations management experience.
  • You have at least 3 years of Sales leadership experience.
  • You have a proven track record of working with your team to meet and exceed goals.
  • You drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations processes, policies, and procedures.

  • You have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to nurture a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • You have experience with large-scale change management, and a proven record of building a strategic roadmap of organizational or customer change with proven results.
  • You are an effective delegator that can share the strategy around the need to execute and support individual contributors to success in execution of these tasks.
  • You have experience managing a global/remote team.
  • Bonus: You have analytics and reporting expertise, and an understanding of CRM and database software .
  • Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
