We are seeking a results-driven Director, Sales Development to lead a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). This individual will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, shaping the business development strategy, and ensuring its successful execution. This role is a mix of strategy and execution where you will be responsible for providing regular reporting on key metrics and creating comprehensive sales playbooks and enablement materials to equip our sales team for success.
What you’ll Do:
- Ongoing hiring, mentoring and development of BDR Managers and BDRs, including recruiting, hiring, and training new members
- Refine and evolve a scalable, measurable, and predictable process for running and growing the team
