We are seeking an experienced outside sales partner and market development manager to lead the Powerflex Partner Program and dealer relations in the Eastern region. As a Market Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in recruiting, managing, and nurturing our network of outside partners and dealers in order to make our regenerative grazing tools available to more farmers and ranchers and to drive revenue growth while expanding our market presence.
Key Responsivities:
- Program Development: Develop, implement, and manage the outside sales partner program strategy, including partner and dealer recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing support in the Eastern region.
