We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager based in Las Vegas, Nevada. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, establishing trust and credibility.
- Lead the sales team in acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Provide guidance and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and generate new business leads.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Track and analyze sales data and report on key performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
