Education First Credit Union was founded in 1936 by a small group of Columbus City School teachers. Our members include school employees and students in the State of Ohio. Recently our membership has been expanded to include Franklin and surrounding Counties. Recognizing the social impact of education on our society, we will continue serving school employees and students within this vital community as our primary point of emphasis.

We’re based in Columbus, with an additional branch office located in Reynoldsburg.

Role Overview

We're on the hunt for an IT expert with a solid foundation of IT experience and skills looking to make a big impact in a small business. As the owner, I'm shifting focus to marketing and sales, and I need a reliable lead for our technical operations.

This role is about leading client projects including network upgrades, Microsoft 365 setups, Azure implementations, and more while also managing advanced helpdesk challenges that go beyond our L1.
