Role Overview

We're on the hunt for an IT expert with a solid foundation of IT experience and skills looking to make a big impact in a small business. As the owner, I'm shifting focus to marketing and sales, and I need a reliable lead for our technical operations.

This role is about leading client projects including network upgrades, Microsoft 365 setups, Azure implementations, and more while also managing advanced helpdesk challenges that go beyond our L1.

When you’re not working on client tasks, we need help building the company. Some of our pending internal projects are implementing Intune MDM, MAM, and Autopilot; automation with Zapier, Power Automate, PowerShell, Intune, and Mac MDM; implementing a SIEM; and Implementing M365 management with Cyberdrain's CIPP framework.

The company is growing, and you will be joining on the ground floor. You will have the chance to define your path and grow within our expanding team.

This is a hybrid work position. You will mainly work from your home office, but occasionally a client-site visit might be necessary.

Your Tasks

• Lead client projects that make our client’s companies better.
• Provide support for advanced client requests that go beyond our L1 tech's scope.
• Lead internal projects that make our company better.
• Use our ticketing system and direct calls to keep track of these issues efficiently.
• Create technical documentation that is clear and easy to understand.
• Help our client’s companies and our company grow.

Requirements
