You’ll lead client projects like email migrations, firewall upgrades, and hardware procurement, while also handling advanced support that goes beyond our L1 team. We dive deep into tech problems—no temporary fixes—so you'll need to own tasks from start to finish with clear documentation that makes our process seamless and repeatable.
