This includes the design, development, & launch of new websites, ongoing hosting, security, & website administration services, and ongoing website update services such as promotions, campaigns, new landing pages, add-on functionality, and other miscellaneous services. We do most of our Development in the WordPress ecosystem and most of our deployments are on WPEngine. Our websites make extensive use of tracking technologies to power our analytics and engagement tools to increase lead conversions.

Blue Corona is authorized to do business in many, but not all, states. If you are not located in a state where Blue Corona is registered, you will not be eligible for employment.

*Please note, we are only able to hire those who currently reside in either EST or CST time zones, not including New York, Illinois, Massachusetts, Columbus, OH, or Philadelphia, PA.

Summary of Position:

As a Solutions Specialist, you will implement technology solutions for our clients. Technology solutions include the setup of tracking for marketing campaigns and engagements (call forms, chats, schedulers, text, etc.), provisioning proprietary software to track marketing performance, setting up data integrations, and working with solution architecture related to call systems configuration & connections.  Your work will include setting up standard solutions, and tailoring solutions for specific client situations while maintaining consistency across solutions. You will also contribute to defining solution standards and communicating it to team members across the company. You will work closely with the technology solutions team and the Blue Corona account & client services teams.  You will work with and manage internal and external resources to support department and company growth goals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the definition and documentation, implement standard client solution architectures for tracking, engagement, call systems, and related solutions.
  • Tailor standard solutions or design new solutions for specific client needs while establishing consistency and adherence to industry & Blue Corona standards.
  • Investigate new platforms that will enhance our tracking and reporting capabilities.
  • Coordinate with other departments and team members to set and meet solution implementation deadlines.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize projects in solutions queue.
  • Participate in client onboarding calls as needed to understand a client’s desired end-state and provide consultative guidance on the configuration or tailoring of our solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide account teams with pre-sales support on solutions architecture & implementation.
  • Execute on solution implementation and coordinate on delivery for our clients.
  • Deliver quality work and conduct periodic Quality Assurance checks on implemented solutions to ensure completeness and accuracy of implemented solutions.
  • Communicate and educate teams on the standard solutions and help position with clients.
  • Coordinate Solution Implementation teams in the delivery of our solution, including off-shore resources.
  • Serve as Point of Contact (POC) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for questions regarding Solution Implementations.
  • Develop expertise and experience in the setup, operations, analysis, QA, and troubleshooting of tracking across various marketing services.
  • Demonstrate proficiency as a user and administrator of our reporting and analytics platforms.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree in Digital Marketing Technology, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience with call tracking systems (e.g. Invoca, CallRail, Marchex, CallTrackingMetrics, DialogTech)
  • Experience with GA4 and CRM systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of or experience in implementation of technology solutions for digital marketing
  • Team player, working very well with solution, account, business, and call center teams to deliver the best experience for our customers
  • Effective communicator in a business setting, including presentations, documentation, email, and verbal communication with clients, and solution teams
  • Exemplary project management, organizational, attention-to-detail, time-management, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong work ethic and a critical-thinking mindset
