Full Job Description

CTI is seeking a dedicated Solution Support Specialist to join our team. As a Solution Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and training to end users of our products. This position requires a high level of expertise in Electronic Warfare (EW), Army and Joint operations, and the Tactical Assault Kit (TAK) family of products. Your extensive knowledge will contribute to the continuous improvement of our software and ensure that it meets the unique requirements of our users, particularly within the TAK framework.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic support and expertise for TAK implementation in public safety organizations
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Leverage GIS and other technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and safety
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of CTI's solutions support department
  • Develop and deliver training programs for TAK and related technologies
  • Participate in industry working groups and committees to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies

Requirements

Necessary skills and experience:

  • Extensive experience in public safety, emergency management, or related fields
  • Proven track record of implementing and advocating for technology solutions, particularly TAK
  • Strong background in GIS and situational awareness technologies
  • Experience in project management and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • The ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance post-start date. U.S. Citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Beneficial skills and experience:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., GIS, Fire Service Administration)
  • Familiarity with user manual and documentation creation and maintenance.
  • Experience in collaborating with development teams to provide insights and guide software development.
