Software Solutions Specialist

Aesthetix CRM is a leading provider of customer relationship management solutions, dedicated to helping aesthetic practices streamline their sales processes and improve patient engagements. We are currently seeking a Software Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Software Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving software sales by conducting demos, managing follow up, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, present Aesthetix CRM's software solutions, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
• Conduct all inbound sales demos from SEO, referral partnerships, and EMR partnerships
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upsells and cross-sells.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Become a product expert so you can speak to the technical specficiations required to close the deals without assistance
• Stay up-to-date with aesthetic industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
