Albireo Energy is expanding its leadership team and is seeking a Director of Sales for the Northeast area to lead and drive profitable and aggressive sales growth within the energy procurement sector. This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in direct sales and/or the plan and spec market, ideally within a large organization. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and margin targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to develop and maintain relationships with end users, energy suppliers, consulting engineers, large owner accounts, and ESCOs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
