The Calling:
The Associate Director of Professional Services will report to the Senior Director of Learning and Enablement to align Learning and Enablement with Customer Success to provide best-in-class professional learning and coaching for our school district partners. This role requires a deep understanding of school systems, change leadership, MTSS, adult learning, and the ability to recruit and build a team of education consultants around the country who will be thought leaders alongside district and school leaders.
What You'll Achieve
- Responsible for leading and developing the PS team and independent contractors in providing best-in-class professional learning opportunities for our district partners
- Collaborate across teams to refine the professional services portion of the customer journey including deliverables, milestones, timeline, and owners
- Serve as a subject matter expert in MTSS practice, platform functionality, and professional learning and engage as an executive sponsor with our strategic customers
- Ensure successful delivery of consulting, education, and professional services to our customers, overseeing resource management, delivery, and operational success metrics, assisting when needed in the execution of the session
- Manage the development and maintenance of facilitated customer learning materials to ensure high-quality learning experiences for our district partners focused on product functionality and best-practice adoption strategies for various role types
- Work in collaboration with Finance and Learning & Enablement to scope professional services content offerings and align to segments and their pricing aligned to profit and loss revenue in the delivery of professional services
- Collaborate with the Sr. Director of Learning and Enablement to develop annual goals, metrics, and strategic plans to build and maintain BRM's learning content and transformational service offerings
- Provide reporting on operational metrics, such as time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and on-time completion of PD sessions, as well as financial goals and metrics, including bookings, revenue, gross margin, and utilization
- Ensure professional growth and development of the PS team by providing regular feedback, annual performance reviews, hiring, and revising roles & responsibilities as needed
Requirements
Why We Want You:
- Master of Education
- 2+ years of school or district-level administrative/leadership experience preferred
- 2+ years focused on professional learning and leading a team remotely
- The ability to develop multiple-year professional learning plans, service delivery, and budgets for large school districts up to a hundred schools
- Experience modeling growth aligned with a sales target
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with district and school leaders, both onsite and virtually
- Experience creating virtual and onsite learning resources for educators and expanding learning offerings in response to district needs
- Mastery level knowledge in creating and sustaining a strong Multi-Tiered System of Support culture, as well as high-level knowledge of literacy, math, and formative assessment practices
Lucky Us If You:

- 3+ years of elementary and/or secondary school classroom teaching experience
- Worked in education technology previously
- Lead similar organizations with both consultants and full-time employees
- Demonstrated experience expanding a cohesive team in a fast-growing company
- Active in professional organizations advocating for ongoing professional development
Interview Process:
If we are a match you can expect a total of 4 steps in the interview process after the initial application
- 60-minute Video/Phone Interview with the Sr. Director of Learning and Enablement
- 60-minute Final Round with a panel of cross-departmental team members with a written exercise prompt to submit in advance
- 45-minute Deep Dive with the Professional Services Team
- Submit a sample professional learning plan for implementing an MTSS Management Platform for a district new to MTSS and with 75 schools (50 Elementary, 15 Middle Schools, 10 High Schools) TBD if this is needed for internal candidate

- The range of our base salary cash compensation is between $88,000-$105,000. Final offers are determined using multiple factors including experience, level of expertise, and geographic location.
