**The Opportunity:**

We are seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented, and adaptable Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in conducting in-depth research, managing HR/finance functions, managing team members, and developing efficient processes and automations across the company.

**Experience Required:**

* Minimum of 5 years in operations or a closely related field, preferably within startup environments.

* Proven track record of operational excellence, efficiency improvement, and strategic planning.

* Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough and insightful research on a wide range of topics, including legal matters (e.g., corporate structure), finance, and industry trends, to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

* Develop and execute a financial strategy, including creating and maintaining budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.

* Manage and optimize the organization's budget, maintaining a vigilant focus on financial health and sustainability.

* Strategize and oversee legal, HR, and recruitment initiatives, ensuring compliance, fostering talent, and promoting growth.

* Develop and maintain operational metrics and objectives, providing clear monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders.

* Design, implement, and refine operational systems and processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

* Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships, enhancing business development and operational success.

* Champion team cohesion, fostering an environment of collaboration, support, and continuous improvement.
