Positions Summary:  Fulfilling role as the Production Manager, where you will oversee the operations, including Molding, Finishing, Assembly, and Inventory Management. Your goal is to lead the team collaboratively to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals with a team player mentality.

We have an immediate opening for a Production Manager and a Shift Supervisor. 

Compensation is $70 - $110k base + Bonus paid yearly.  -  We pay more for spot on experience and strong lean manufacturing skills in the printing and packaging industry!

Company is $200+ million with 4 plants and growing to $300 million in next 5 years with no debit, new equipment, and a product that is in high demand.  Custom printed, high color with specialty finishing, variable data, matching and technology integration into the final product.  

This position is responsible for leading and managing crews on our fleet of presses, and support crews in a fast paced environment running 2 shifts moving to a 3rd over the next year.
