AI Product Manager

Batch Freight is seeking a forward-thinking AI Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions within our logistics and freight brokerage operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps that leverage artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product management, an understanding of AI technologies, and a passion for logistics.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap for AI initiatives in logistics
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to develop AI models and solutions
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends in AI technology
• Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to inform product development
• Create product specifications and manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights
• Communicate product vision and strategy to both internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in AI or technology-driven products
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts
• Experience in the logistics or supply chain domain is highly beneficial
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
