Position Summary:
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining the company’s contracts throughout their lifecycle. This role ensures that all contracts comply with company policies and applicable regulations. The Contract Administrator will work closely with various departments, including legal, finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure seamless contract execution and management.

Contract Drafting and Review:
- Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and NDAs.
- Ensure that all contracts meet legal and regulatory standards, as well as company policies.
