We have a current opening for a Contracts Administrator at our Sacramento, CA office.
- Complete bid specific prequalifications, experience requirement forms, track and maintain owner/client required prequalifications.
- Provide back up support to Estimating Support Manager to complete bid forms timely and with all necessary documentation, including Addenda and Bid Bonds.
- Provide back up support with good faith efforts as required by the bid documents.
- Assist with gathering subcontractor compliance documents before bid day, including contractor’s license, DIR certification, union status, DBE status, etc.
- Administrate all contracts with customers and subs, resulting in a positive impact for projects, clients and teams
- Maintain all company certification and license statuses
- Build relationships internally and externally that promote a positive experience with the contracts department
- Coordinate and supply insurance certificates and bonds based on specific project requirements (including OCIP & CCIP enrollment).
- Retain, track, and organize contract documents to and from customers and subcontractors
- Incorporate pre-negotiated edits into customer contracts
- Utilize and maintain e-signature platform
- Customize subcontract templates for individual projects
Requirements
- High School Degree/GED/Equivalent
- 2+ Years in contract/accounting environment
- Construction Industry a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of systems; Spectrum, Procore, Adobe E-Sign
- Ability to ready, interpret, understand contract language/what specific terms mean
Salary Range:
$30/hour - $35/hour
- This is an non-exempt position
