This Program Supervisor role will work with the Program Director to provide leadership and support to Supportive Housing outreach staff, and enhance their ability to empower participants in achieving optimal independence and community integration. Support staff with a strength based approach that fosters growth and opportunity. Train, support and guide staff in the performance of their duties.  Ensure coordination and delivery of services and support   by observing staff interactions with participants, evaluating various participant documentation, soliciting feedback and assessing data compiled from reports. Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Mental Health Association policies and regulations.

The CDS Program Supervisor assists persons with physical, mental, or multiple disabilities in accessing consumer-directed personal attendant services. The CDS Program Supervisor provides case management services, information, referral services, and performs record-keeping functions. The CDS Program Supervisor will provide training to all consumers and attendants as needed.
