FormAssembly is growing and we are excited to add an Account Manager to focus on expanding our customers within our top 5 verticals. You will be working on net new ARR growth within a Named Account territory. This is a full-time position, open to all locations (working remotely from home).
Responsibilities:
- Selling FormAssembly instances, user licenses, connectors, analytics, and premium support & consulting services to an assigned book of existing customers
- Increasing customer revenue spend across assigned accounts
- Gain a deep understanding of the way customers operate & use FormAssembly, how private and public companies make decisions, and identify priorities driving decisions from the C-level.
- Building account strategy and territory plans
- Establishing credibility and trust with customers
