ZeroFox seeks an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, owning the entire revenue profile including renewal, upsell and cross-selling. Travel is required 25-30% of the time.

- Responsible for renewals of the ZeroFox platform
- Develop a solid and trusting relationship between clients and company
- Coordinate the resolution of key client issues and complaints by leveraging the correct internal resources
