Job Description:
The Junior Account & Software Implementation Manager is a junior level hybrid position focused on assisting in the onboarding of new customers into the MySky portfolio of software with a special emphasis on MySky Tax as well as supporting current customers. The JAM will assist in all aspects of new software implementation and will actively participate in supporting customers until they meet high levels of operating competency. The JAM reports to the Director of Client Success in the Americas.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as point of contact for new customers onboarding into MySky Tax and other products as directed by the Director of Client Success Americas
- Assist and lead software onboarding & implementation for new & current customers as directed by the Director of Client Success Americas or Head of Aviation Tax
- Ensure onboardings are completed on time, within budget, and meet client and organizational objectives
- Organize and conduct training sessions. Clearly understand clients needs and requirements and drive their learning and uptake
- Liaise with current MySky customers across the product portfolio to ensure they are getting maximum positive ROI with MySky;
- Troubleshoot product/service concerns;
- Follow up with clients and/or prospect information needs & work collaboratively with product teams and sales teams.
- Assist in drafting of customer and prospect customer support documentation, manuals and handbooks
- Take an active part in enhancing product through customer feedback and internal work with product teams
- Learn and master the MySky Suite of services with particular emphasis on Tax, Spend and Quotes
- Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Client Success or Head of Aviation Tax
Requirements
Successful candidates must possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Additional requirements are:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- 1-3 years of industry experience
- Multitasking capabilities
- Advanced level skill with general office systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and the ability to adapt to a variety of other software
- Data manipulation and data conversion skills (Excel, Pivot Tables, Access)
- Excellent documentation skills (Word, PowerPoint, Miro)
- Must be able to perform independently and in a team environment
Desired Skills and Experience
- Prior relevant experience in an aviation company or software company
- Experience within the business aviation industry or aviation logistics a plus
- Outstanding computer skills, with ability to train others
- Prior experience with Business Intelligence tools a plus
- Excellent attention to detail; performs “self-review” of own work
- Keen eye for detail and skeptical “prove it” attitude is critical to success
