Requirements

What You Bring

  • Experience that Counts: 3+ years in Account Management or Client Success, ideally in the MSP or IT services field.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and a true client-first attitude.
  • Tech Savvy: Knowledge of MSP services like cloud, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.
