This position resolves benefits-related problems and ensures effective use of plans and positive employee relations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function(s) as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.

• Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic full-time Human Resources Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This position is based in the firm's Bethesda, MD-based office and reports to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor. The Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for the success of our campus recruiting and other recruiting strategies that support our staffing needs at all levels.

This is a hybrid position: two days in office, three days work-from-home.

Essential Functions:

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including initial screenings, in office and virtual interviews, campus events/job fairs and helping management retain quality candidates. Perform annual evaluations on campus relationships to ensure best utilization of effort.
