Front Office Assistant

Holden Roofing Company has been in business for 63 years and we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized full-time Office Assistant. The assistance will perform day-to-day office operations. The role focuses on providing office support to the sales team while ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on a time deadline.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participating in conference calls
Data Entry Replying to emails Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
Following up on Insurance claims Maintaining office files and documents.
