Full Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our front office team! You will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager and also assisting our Customer Service Team who helps customers by providing product and service information over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
- Assisting in the creation of weekly social media posts
- Provide information about our products shown in our catalog and website
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements
Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
