We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Front Office Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient office environment while providing vital support to our office manager. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoy a variety of tasks, we would love to hear from you.

  • Ensure all office areas are clean and sanitized regularly.
  • Use provided equipment and cleaning supplies to follow sanitation protocols.
  • Restock and maintain copier supplies.
  • Keep the office tidy and organized, addressing any clutter or mess promptly.
  • Coordinate lunch orders and handle delivery logistics.
  • Perform scanning, copying, and filing tasks as needed.
  • Assist the office manager with various administrative tasks.
  • Greet and assist visitors

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
