- Ensure all office areas are clean and sanitized regularly.
- Use provided equipment and cleaning supplies to follow sanitation protocols.
- Restock and maintain copier supplies.
- Keep the office tidy and organized, addressing any clutter or mess promptly.
- Coordinate lunch orders and handle delivery logistics.
- Perform scanning, copying, and filing tasks as needed.
- Assist the office manager with various administrative tasks.
- Greet and assist visitors
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office equipment and basic computer skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
