Finance Coordinator

As a Finance Coordinator, you will be the point of contact for customers seeking financing options for their pool construction projects. You will assist clients in navigating through the various financing solutions available, whether they choose to apply for a loan or pay cash for their pool. You will work closely with customers, our sales team, and financial partners to ensure a smooth financing process from start to finish.

Attention to detail and customer service experience is required. You will work with customers daily, confirm pool orders and finances, as well as enter/track data in our CRM. This is a full-time position, 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday availability required.

PURPOSE:

The primary responsibility of the Finance and Grants Coordinator is to support the day-to-day activities of the Finance Department including liaison for third party accounts payable processing, grant management including monthly review of all grants, balancing to budget, distribute reports/meet with department heads to discuss status of spending, maintain records in accordance with grant compliance requirements and general overall support as required.
