Full Job Description

As a Finance Coordinator, you will be the point of contact for customers seeking financing options for their pool construction projects. You will assist clients in navigating through the various financing solutions available, whether they choose to apply for a loan or pay cash for their pool. You will work closely with customers, our sales team, and financial partners to ensure a smooth financing process from start to finish.


Attention to detail and customer service experience is required. You will work with customers daily, confirm pool orders and finances, as well as enter/track data in our CRM. This is a full-time position, 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday availability required.

Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the primary contact for customers seeking financing for pool construction projects.
    • Educate customers on available financing options, helping them choose the best solutions based on their needs and financial circumstances.
    • Assist customers with completing loan applications and submitting required documentation.
    • Work with financial institutions and lending partners to facilitate approvals and disbursements.
    • Monitor the progress of loan applications, ensuring timely processing and communication with customers.
    • Maintain accurate records of all financing applications and approvals in the company’s CRM.
    • Provide ongoing support to customers post-approval to ensure their financing experience remains smooth.
    • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the financing process and resolve them in a timely manner.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, financing regulations, and available products to ensure the company offers the most relevant options to customers.
    • Collect funds from customers and process files, sending them on to the next phase in the process
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with new lenders to expand the organization’s network and funding opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role (minimum of 1 years experience)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically on your feet.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first mentality.
  • Experience in finance or lending is a plus
