- Assisting in the scheduling of estimates

- Intake of new vehicle arrivals and updating job file data

- Updating Customers & Insurance handlers of repair process

- Manage walk in traffic & phone calls

- Assisting with pick up & delivery of customers & vehicles

- Work with technicians to keep an accurate customer expiation on repairs

We are looking for a licensed Commercial Customer Service Representative to join our insurance agency's customer service Solutions team! As the CSR of our Solutions team you'll be responsible for handling day to day service needs of our clients that need a licensed and knowledgeable representative.
