North Star Services, a long serving HVAC provider in North Central and Northeast Minnesota is growing its offices and we are looking for energetic Customer Service Representatives. Core areas of the position:
- Take incoming client calls, recognizing that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company. Good communication with the client is essential!
- Make sure that taking care of the clients takes higher priority than any other task and that clients are enthusiastic about how they are treated!
- Have a courteous and pleasant demeanor whether on a phone call or not. Know that courteousness affects other team members’ spirit.
- Make sure that the phone is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting, call flow, and system entry procedures are used each time.
- Making sure that Club Membership customers are continually called for annual maintenance scheduling, thereby ensuring customer relationship longevity while filling the schedules.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and updated information in the client database by reviewing call data and updating those outcomes.
- Work with dispatch to schedule service calls and update accurate client information.
- Make sure that the client is notified ahead of time if we are not going to arrive within the scheduled time window and reschedule to the client’s satisfaction.
- Assist, as directed, with dispatching of all service and maintenance calls to ensure maximum efficiency of scheduling without compromising client satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
