Customer Service Representative - CSR

- Assisting in the scheduling of estimates

- Intake of new vehicle arrivals and updating job file data

- Updating Customers & Insurance handlers of repair process

- Manage walk in traffic & phone calls

- Assisting with pick up & delivery of customers & vehicles

- Work with technicians to keep an accurate customer expectations on repairs

Requirements

- Comfortable communicating with people

- Valid drivers license

- Organized and self motivated

- Ability to work with computer management systems

- Willing to be the face of Collision Specialists Inc
